My Experience

While I may not have formal professional nanny or babysitting experience, my background as the older sister to three young boys has provided me with extensive hands-on experience. Since the age of 10, I have been babysitting and essentially acting as a nanny for my brothers, who are now 11, 15, and 18. This role has given me over a decade of practical experience in childcare, particularly in the home with things like homework, dinners, baths, and housework. I have also been doing school drop-offs/pick-ups and helping with after-school activities. Additionally, I have served as a cheerleading coach at a professional club, working with children aged 4-13. This experience has honed my skills in managing children in a playful and structured setting. I have also assisted with summer classes for children as young as 1-2 years old, further expanding my ability to care for and engage with young children.

My Qualifications

I have recently graduated from the University of Nottingham, obtaining a bachelor's degree in Geography and Business Management. In addition to my familial responsibilities, I hold levels 1-3 coaching qualifications in cheerleading, enabling me to coach children as young as 1-2 years old. I have also undergone a clear DBS check to ensure the safety and well-being of the children I coach. Academically, I have 11 GCSEs and 3 A levels (A*A*A), making me well-equipped to assist with homework and educational activities. Additionally, I am certified in first aid, ensuring I can respond to any emergencies that may arise.

My Availability

Since I recently graduated I am looking for a job full-time and so will be available whenever you need ! I am eager to start ASAP, although I am away on holiday for 2 weeks in August.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
• Nannying from £14.00 per hour (gross)

Fees can be altered as I am aware I am new to the world of professional nannying!
