My name is Karolina, and I have been residing in Shoreham-by-Sea since 2021. Living here has been a dream come true, as I have always wished to settle near the coast. This is also where I welcomed my son into the world.
Our son has had difficulty adjusting to nursery settings and is currently experiencing separation anxiety. After careful consideration, my husband and I believe that having a nanny until he turns two (he is currently 15 months old) would be the most suitable solution. I work from home, so this arrangement would provide him with familiarity and comfort while easing his transition. We are also open to considering a childminder if that’s a better option.
We are looking for someone trustworthy and energetic, who enjoys outdoor activities, as our son loves spending time outside. A passion for animals would also be ideal, as we have a cat, a turtle, and fish. Additionally, we take a holistic approach to life, and we would appreciate someone who shares a love for nature and could inspire the same in our son.
The hours for this position are Monday to Friday, from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM (25 hours per week). However, as I am based at home, I am able to offer some flexibility in terms of scheduling to accommodate the needs of the nanny.

My Requirements
James is very attached to me, but he’s also really curious about the world and people around him. When I’m nearby, he’s quite brave. Even though he’s a picky eater, he somehow has endless energy.
James is smart and full of energy. He loves books, wheels, and anything that spins, and he needs a lot of attention.
We’re looking for someone who could keep our little one engaged with minimal supervision, allowing me to work from home and stay focused. We’d also need help with occasional meal preparation or reheating meals I’ve already prepared, as well as changing his diaper when needed.
