My Summary
About Me
I am professional qualified nanny with over 15 years experience working with babies and children.
I am a very loving and caring person and have always enjoyed working with children and find it very rewarding. In my previous nanny jobs I have taken the children on days out and involving them in activities such as drawing, cooking, painting and have formed a caring bond between the children and a good relationship with the parents.
I am very confident and organised within my sole charge role as a nanny and enjoy working within the family setting. I have my own car and clean drivers licence of 15 years and would be happy to take your child to baby groups, arrange activities and days out with family and other nannies I know with young children.
As well as the general nursery duties, I am also happy to do some house hold duties such as light cleaning, cooking and the child's laundry when needed to.
I have baby experience and am familiar with the stages of weaning, preparing bottle feeds and the general needs of young babies.
I also have my own little girl who I would love to be able to bring along with me if that would work for you. She will be about 7 months when I am looking to start work again.
My Experience
I am Level 2 qualified with a clean DBS and have over 14 years experience in working with children from 9 weeks - 15 years.
I am a confident and caring person and enjoy the rewards of working with children. I hope to offer a stimulating environment for your child to learn within their own home as well as the opportunity to socialise and learn with other children outside of the home.
I would take your child to playgroups and on days out to increase their curiosity of the natural world and socialisation skills. I believe every child should have the right to have fun and learn through play and activities such as art, music and imaginative play. I can be firm but also a fun person to be with and I hope to form a caring and trusting bond with you and your child.
I started working a Busy Bee’s nursery where I gained my Level 2 in Child Care Learning and Development.
I then went on to many nanny roles with lovely families and I have experience with twins and multiples and have nannied for families with 3 children so am used to a hectic busy lifestyle.
I have enjoyed all my roles within childcare and have gained valuable experience with each role and formed some amazing bonds with each family.

Claire worked for us for 2 years and became a part of our family. My youngest was only a couple of months and my eldest was 4. She was amazing with the children, especially my youngest. She was always calm and professional in her job and was always on time and prepared for work. She would always plan fun activities for my children including play dates, days out in the holidays, parties and arts and crafts. My children were always excited to see Claire and we still keep in touch with her to this day.
I can not thank Claire enough for her help with my family, she was always available for help on short notice and very flexible with her hours.
Knew the hours when coming to interview. Quit last minute leaving us high and dry. -over text. Very unprofessional and wasted time we could have been using to organize genuine childcare.

Response by Claire on 14/06/2016:
I am a very professional nanny with excellent references to back this up. I had not accepted the job. After leaving the interview I was unhappy with the hours and salary offered to me and sent a message explaining why with notice. The job did not suit me and wasn't what I expected. My apologies for the misunderstanding but I had not made any commitment to the job and turned it down within reason and with enough notice.
