Job description
We are looking for after school care for our three children aged 12, 10 and 7. They are easy going and well behaved, and are used to having an after school carer. We both work from home or from a local office so will usually be on hand should you need us, and can often keep an ear to the children for a short time if you need to go and collect or drop off one of them somewhere (see below).

We have one very small, very friendly dog (a Cavalier) and live a 1 minute walk from the younger children's primary school and a five minute drive from our older child's secondary school. We live in a very friendly community in Cookham.

Job requirements:

- Collect two younger children from primary school on foot.

- Either collect our older child from secondary school by car, or ensure that she arrives safely home by train (the station is very close by).

- Prepare after school snacks and ensure children do any homework (the older two are self managing with this). Do reading with youngest child.

- Play with younger child (and ideally older ones too, if they'll get involved!) and ensure they aren't on screens all afternoon (30-45 mins of TV).

- Once a week (or twice depending on your days) drive our youngest child to her dance lessons (a 10 minute drive away).

- Prepare a simple dinner for the children and tidy the kitchen afterwards.

- Sometimes walk the dog with the children at the local park (a very short walk away).
