About Me
Seeking a Warm Hearted Nanny for Two Little Adventurers from 1st April.
We are two families united by friendship, proximity, and the love for our little ones who will be 11 months of age at the start date! We’re looking for an exceptional nanny to become an extension of our families.
Perfect Pairing: our baby boy and girl are only one month apart in age, making it easy for them to share routines like nap schedules, meals, and playtime. The position starts with just Patrick in April and expands to both babies by June with care provided in one home daily.
Location Bonus: Both families live just five minutes apart in Battersea, so although you’ll be at one home predominantly, if we need to do care at the other home it will be a breeze.
My Requirements
We’re searching for a nanny who is more than just qualified, someone who’s passionate, proactive, and ready to nurture the independence of our little ones in a th schedules, educating, emotional support, meal planning, grocery shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and organising engaging activities beyond the home (especially with Battersea park being 5 minutes walk away).
- Montessori Principles: Both families are passionate about the Montessori approach and believe it’s wonderful for fostering independence, and would love our nanny to lean into this where possible
- Local to Battersea: Ideally within a 1-mile radius to avoid any transportation issues and ensure consistent care.
- Bilingual: A nice to have but not essential - we’d love for you to communicate with the babies in your native language if different, bringing the gift of a second language into their lives.
- OFSTED Registered: A nice to have but not essential - the right fit is what matters in most to us.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent from April 1st, 2025
Timings: Interviewing in January 2025; Contract signed by February 2025
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am – 6pm
