My Experience

I have over 3 years experience in childcare as a full qualified practitioner along with my social services children and young people SCQF Level 9/ Svq level 4. This has allowed myself to work as a room leader and provide more opportunities to create a environment inviting to children whilst being carded for and made sure they are safe at all times , I make sure all children’s needs are met and repeated by providing a range of different activities suitable for for all ages as I have experience from 3 months to 5 years. I also encourage children’s independence and nurturing a wide range of learning behaviours to help development and progression of skills, I am big for outdoors and love being out and around the community creating fun links for example, taken children to the local library to enjoy book bug , visiting the local colleges and visiting local parks for picnics along with so much more, I have experience working within a preschool outdoors forest which allowed me to develop my knowledge on children’s health and well being playing outdoors allows children to develop self-confidence, independence and self-esteem. They also become aware of limits, boundaries and challenge in their play. I also worked closely with have children that have additional support needs, I have had different training opportunities to help develop my knowledge and understanding and provide fun learning experiences such as sensory play touch and feel books, sensory bags for a different textures , hand painting and so much more.

My Qualifications

Social services children and young people SVQ level 3 , Social Services children and young people SVQ 4.I am also trained in first aid , food hygiene, child protection, and so much more all updated on my triple sc.

My Availability

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
