About Me
I am a patient, caring, and passionate professional with 3+ years experience caring for children between ages 0 and 5, and 6 years of professional education supporting my knowledge of children to provide high-quality care. I am highly skilled in developing strong bonds with children of all ages, as well as parents. I have always had an interest in the growth and development of children, and therefore am very excited to bring my nurturing care to become a nanny.
My Experience
I have over three years experience working with children between ages 0-5. One of those years was spent working in Reception and Nursery classes in a primary school where I supported teachers with managing behaviour, working with children in small groups to teach phonics/ reading and writing, as well as lots of others tasks to support development. The other experience has been spent in a nursery setting, with 18 months experience working in baby room. All of this experience has improved my communication, ensuring to work in partnership with parents and carers, and provide high quality care.
My Qualifications
I hold a BA (Hons) Childhood and Youth Studies degree which has provided me with lots of knowledge and understanding about children and young people. I covered lots of different modules, improving my intelligence which I can use in my career. I also hold a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care which again has provided me with amazing awareness.
I also have both English Language and Literature GCSEs, as well as Maths, Business, and Level 2 Health and Social Care.
My Availability
I am ideally looking to become a full-time nanny, but am happy to take part- time work to build on my experience.
