Hi, I am a 20 year old Psychology student at the university of Bath who is living in London for my placement year at the Evelina London Children's Hospital. I am kind, friendly, and passionate about providing a safe environment for those under my care, ensuring open communication and patience.
My Experience
I have years of experience babysitting for neighbours and family friends (ages 5 - 13), but most recently I have been an Assistant House Parent (Felsted School, Summer 2023), and a House Parent (SBC Camp Dragon, Summer 2024) for children aged 7-13. These were both residential roles, working 6 days a week. They involved playing an integral role in the direct pastoral care of around 45 students at one time, being responsible for the day-to-day running of a boarding house. I led a team of five Pastoral Activity Leaders within the house, ensuring an organised, welcoming, and safe environment. As well as this I was consistently responsive and able to meet the individual and collective needs of students, despite challenges of low English language proficiencies, with my shifts being throughout the day and night.

GCSEs: 8 8-9s, 2 6-7s

My Availability
I work 3 days a week at my placement, Wednesday-Friday, making me free on Mondays and Tuesdays. I have flexibility for weekends and evenings also.
