I’m 26 (20/07). As the eldest sibling in my family, I naturally took on responsibilities from a young age, giving me hands-on experience in caregiving. This role shaped my ability to create a safe, loving, and supportive environment—something I bring into my work with every family I meet.
What sets me apart is my ability to foster trust, emotional development, and a sense of security in children. People often tell me that they feel calm and at peace around me, yet also safe and cared for. I believe this comes from always being the person others lean on, which has made me patient, adaptable, and intuitive in my approach.
I have experience caring for children across a range of ages, from newborns, toddlers developing independence, to school-aged children navigating routines and teens needing guidance and support. I easily adapt to different personalities—whether it’s energetic, active kids or those who prefer quiet, creative activities like reading and crafts.
Building strong, trusting relationships with children is at the heart of what I do. I encourage open communication, help children understand their emotions, and support them in managing their feelings in healthy ways. I also believe in teaching consent from an early age, helping children understand personal boundaries, safety, and self-confidence—important life skills that serve them well as they grow.
A lot of who I am today comes from my dad. He was an incredibly kind, loving, and patient person who made sure that family always came first. He showed me what it means to be dependable, compassionate, and someone others can truly count on. Losing him in 2021 was one of the hardest things I’ve ever been through, but it also deepened my commitment to carrying on his legacy. The love, security, and support he gave me growing up is what I strive to pass on to every child and family I work with.
Nannying and babysitting bring me so much joy because I get to watch children learn, grow, and develop their unique personalities. Knowing I can play a small part in helping them flourish is incredibly rewarding.
I always take care to align with a family’s values and parenting preferences, ensuring my approach complements what’s already in place. Whether it’s bedtime routines, meal choices, or discipline styles, I follow your lead to create consistency and peace of mind.
I’m also passionate about health and wellbeing, particularly in creating safe, toxin-free environments where children can thrive. I take a mindful approach to the products and foods I use, ensuring they’re as natural and safe as possible.
Beyond working with children, I have a deep love for animals and believe in treating them with the same kindness and respect. My experience caring for them has only strengthened my patience and compassion—qualities that shape my work in all areas of caregiving.
• I’m based in Leeds, Bramley, LS13, and familiar with surrounding areas. I have my own car, so petrol costs must be covered—starting from £10 for a round trip, depending on distance. Alternatively, if preferred, Ubers can be booked instead.

Payment Policy (Cash Only, Prepaid in Advance)
Most of my clients pay daily, but I have also worked with families who prefer to pay weekly or monthly. If you choose to pay weekly or monthly, please note that payment must be made in advance—before the start of the week or month—not after shifts are completed.
Prepayment ensures stability for both of us and allows me to fully commit to your family.

Travel & Transportation
I’ve held a full UK driving licence since 2017 and have my own vehicle. Petrol costs must be covered, starting from £10 for travel to and from your location—final amount depends on distance. If you’d prefer, Ubers can be arranged and covered instead.
I also offer live-in services and can travel with families if needed.
When I’m not caring for children, I run my own business, HostedByAliya, and work as a live-in carer—so caregiving truly is second nature to me.
Minimum £50 per shift (up to 4 hours) and I’d love to take on long-term roles.

We were so lucky to find Aliya for our 8 month old little girl. Super speedy response when requested for childcare. She takes time to understand your child’s needs and is just a lovely soul who clearly cares so much about the children she looks after. This was the first time using a babysitting service for me. I loved Aliya's information on her page and was drawn to her. This was the right choice for us. My daughter can be shy but warmed very quickly to Aliya. She had a very good night with Aliya and seemed very egar to see her again.

Aliya is very friendly and reliable woman. When she met the children, they immediately warmed up to her and she took the time to get to know them and make them comfortable.
Aliya is great at communicating and I can call onto her in an emergency! She has been amazing support for a single parent like me.

Aliya looked after my little one for an intensive 2 weeks for long days and evenings. She has great instincts. From the first interview she was clear, kind, fun and calm. She is down to earth, listens and always tried to accommodate my needs to make life easier including being flexible with shifts. I found her easy to talk to and my little one (2.5 years) took to her straight away. I felt sure that they were in safe hands. Aliya adjusted quickly to my home and needs, going the extra mile to keep things tidy, re-ordering cupboards nicely and folding washing. My little one was keen to spend time with Aliya and was relaxed with her, which was such a relief as she is usually quite hard to please! Aliya did a variety of activities with my limited resources including fantastic craft and fun activity games often focused on learning. She never imposed and was a lovely and incredibly helpful presence around the house. Aliya has made a difficult and busy time managable and easier for me and has been a wonderful companion and trustworthy nanny to my little one. Thank you!

We are so grateful to Aliya for stepping in at short notice and helping us out for the day. She was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment she arrived, Aliya was warm, professional, and immediately put our little one at ease. She quickly understood our routine and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly.
Not only did she take great care of our child, but she also engaged them with thoughtful activities, making the day enjoyable for both of them. We were really impressed with how calm and organised Aliya was, and it gave us such peace of mind knowing our child was in safe hands.

Aliya is a bright, intelligent young woman with an affinity for caring. Her flexibility and urgency to learn the child in front of her are truly remarkable. She and my little human bonded beautifully. She is attentive, communicative and loving. My little one has not stopped talking about her and cannot wait for her to look after them again. I feel immensely lucky to have found her and being able to add her to my child care team is a privilege. I will most certainly be using her for babysitting again and will be exploring other the types of services that she offers. I know that I will be able to relax and enjoy my time with her caring for my child and cat!. She went above and beyond, cleaning the litter tray and tidying up around my home. Her extra acts makes me know I have found a fantastic and special person to be around my child.

I had a good experience with Aliya when she looked after my daughter for 2 nights whilst I’m working in a night shift. She was caring and compassionate, she easily get along with my daughter as she’s fun to be with. Will definitely book her again for future!😊
