Hello I'm Lily! I've recently just left my job as a special needs teaching assistant in north Manchester. I have experience working with many additional needs and children in an early years environment. I'm a big fan of all activities and don't mind getting a little messy but I can ensure all mess will be tidied immediately. My Experience
I've worked in a special needs school in Bury for the past 2 years. My class were aged 4-6 with a range of additional needs. I have extensive knowledge when working with Autism and able to adapt games and activities to suit all needs.
I have worked closely with different behaviors and practiced behavior management in a school environment.
