I work full time 12.30 hours a day only 3 days a week and sometimes when me and my husband are both at work need someone to look after my little girl during crossover between me and my husband and even sometimes to look after my baby for my shifts.
I need someone who will care for her like a parent would and provide her woth protection and just basically look after her.
My Requirements
I may need someone to sit with her on nights when I go off on night shifts just until my husband arrives to take over.
And sometimes to look after her on my day shifts when no one is available to look after her.
I have a monthly flexi rota and will have to sit with someone on a month on month basis to figure out availability.
I can always communicate this with whole ever cares for my baby.
