About Me
My name is Emelia and I have experience working in a Nursery with toddlers aged 2-3 while I also have experience with newborns and pre-school aged children. I love making children smile and engaging them with fun and exciting activities to develop their communication and language skills while also encouraging activities that allow their imagination to flourish! I am bubbly and enthusiastic as well as hardworking and responsible and will always go above and beyond for children in my care.
My Experience
I have the most experience working with toddlers aged 2-3 but have also looked after newborns and children of young pre-school age at a Nursery. Before becoming a Nursery Nurse, I worked alongside a registered childminder and received quality experience working with Primary School aged children. My imagination and creative skills allow me to encourage children to engage in developmental activities while always encouraging children to have fun! I think it is essential for children to have a nanny who can provide emotional support and encouragement while also benefiting from someone who can ensure educational development is being met and I am confident in my skills to be able to balance both whilst looking after your child. I have always received excellent feedback from parents of children in my care as they have complimented the way I always go above and beyond for their children and my ability to make children smile.
My Qualifications
I am fully trained in Paedatrics First Aid and have a valid DBS certificate.
My Availability
I am currently looking for a full time position (preferably Monday to Friday) and am therefore fully flexible and can start at your earliest convenience.
