About Me
I am a 20-year-old Early Years Practitioner currently working at a nursery in Dorking.
Growing up as one of seven children, I developed a strong passion and skill for working with children from a young age. I am consistently noted by employers for my proactive and positive approach, and I am comfortable handling a range of responsibilities, from housework, gardening, helping with homework, cooking, organising fun activities like arts and crafts and sports.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing football for a local team and staying active. I hold a full, clean driver’s licence and have my own car.
I am also a huge animal lover, having lived with multiple pets, including four dogs and seven cats, so I would be delighted to work with families with pets.
I live in Dorking and am happy to travel 45 mins each way. I am also happy to consider live-in roles for the right family.
My Experience
I have two years' experience working in nurseries in Epsom and Dorking. I have looked after children from 0 to 4 years within these nurseries, ensuring a nurturing and safe environment where they can thrive.
In addition to my nursery experience, I worked for two years as a part-time nanny/housekeeper during school and college holidays for a family in Betchworth. In this role, I had sole responsibility for three children (aged 3-10), along with housekeeping tasks including cleaning, gardening, swimming pool maintenance, cooking and caring for their dog. The family’s large home and garden provided me with experience in managing a large estate.

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner certificate from North East Surrey College of Technology (NESCOT)
Makaton Level 2 (sign language) (NESCOT)
Home cooking skills Level 2 (NESCOT)
First aid trained (NESCOT)
