About Me
Family of 4 and a Dog. We have 2 Daughters Currently in Year 7 and 2.
Our youngest is None Speaking, Autistic and a bundle of Energy.
Our Eldest is a Girly girl, very quiet with new people, but very sociable.
I work Full Time, but Flexibly. In a combination of from home (primarily) with some days in local Bases. My Husband works Full time Hybrid from home and in Liverpool.
Our Dog is a Collie who is very calm once he is comfortable with you, but can always come into the office with myself. He is also very helpful in letting us know if the small one is up to no good.
My Requirements
For our 6 Year old we are looking to start up a regular amount of time with someone as a PA for her. This person would need to be able to use her communication aids (currently Visual/pointing book), be willing to get to know her to understand her non-verbal communication (there is plenty communicated with gestures, noises and hand leading). She is very full of energy and enjoys being outdoors (the woods, walks or just being in the garden). We are looking to have the option of regular Saturday or Sundays perhaps alternative weekends, or a weekend a month so that we are able to have a full day with our Eldest. We would also possibly need some evenings with school pick ups and her being cared for for a few hours. During the breaks from school we would be looking to increase to a couple of days a week. the hours on these days, and the days themselves would be negotiable/adjustable to suit everyone, to work around working hours and availability etc. Our Daughter is a little character. She is almost always happy and easily content. but she does require eyes on at all times due to her being unaware of the dangers of the world. We would really like someone who is happy to build a relationship with us all, and to accept her for who she is.
