My Summary
About Me
My name is Victoria and I live in Holmes Chapel. I am a mum to an 11, 9, 6 and 1 year old!
I am currently awaiting registration with Ofsted, but plan to be up and running in January 2025.
My setting is my home, providing a home from home feel for the children I care for. I consider myself to be a kind, caring and creative person. I really enjoy working with children and love to see them happy and enjoying learning through play. For over 10 years I was a stay at home mum, providing care and love to my own children as they began their journey through preschool and school.
My Experience
I have being a Rainbows leader in the village for nearly 6 years. I completed my Diploma in Teaching and Learning Level 3 and in recent years have been a Teaching assistant at a local primary school. Working as a 1:1 with children with differing needs has also given me great experience when it comes to childminding.
I try to provide a range of activities with my own children and intend to continue this with the children I child mind. Activities such as crafts, painting, baking and gardening to fun with a range of toys , outdoor play and trips to the park, local library and various playgroups. The garden offers a fun, safe space -with a trampoline, summer house, swing and slide.
My Qualifications
I have A Diploma in Teaching and learning Level 3, A Paediatric first aid certificate (kept up to date every 3 years), Food safety and hygiene, Full driving license, DBS checked.
My Availability
I am available from 8am until 5.30pm with before and after school drop offs. Term time only.
