My Experience

With a strong background in occupational therapy, I bring a wealth of experience and skills that are highly beneficial for working as a nanny. I have worked extensively with children from six months old and up, helping to support their developmental milestones, motor skills, and emotional well-being. My hands-on experience in this field has honed my ability to create engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage growth and independence. Additionally, I have been nannying since the age of 16, balancing this role alongside my studies and career, and continued until I moved away from Ireland last year.

Currently, I work with a family caring for a three- and four-year-old, where I’ve further refined my ability to foster a structured, nurturing, and stimulating environment tailored to each child’s needs. This combination of professional training and hands-on childcare experience ensures I can confidently provide a safe, caring, and development-focused environment.

My Qualifications

I have completed a 4 year BSC degree in occupational therapy. This degree included 4 placements. 2 of these settings allowed me to work in a paediatrics with children who had developmental delays.

My Availability

I would like to join a lovely family who have children under the ages of 3. This will allow me to give my full time to parents and children.

• Babysitting from £22.00 per hour
• Nannying from £20.00 per hour (net)
