About Me

I am Marlies, mum of three and 20+ years of experience working with children.
I live with my husband and children (5y, 7y, 9y) in a cul-de-sac and am fully set up as an agency registered childminder.
I provide a home from home, safe and loving environment, where children can play and learn at their own pace and focused on their own level of development. I follow the EYFS curriculum and support children's development in all areas of learning.

My Experience

Babysitting for 20+ years
Worked in childcare for two years before having my own children and have gone back into childcare for about eight months, until ready to start as a childminder.
I have looked after many children of friends and family, as well as being home with my own children when they were young.
I have ran several creche groups and mother and child groups in my church.

My Qualifications

Bachelor in Pedagogy (Educational Theory)
Currently finishing off my UK Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
