About Me
My name is Meg. I am a young mum, 19, who has a 4 month old son called Leo. Leo was born in Hereford just like his mum and dad. He has been a very easy baby and has a good routine which I take pride in. Me and partner have been together for 6 years, his name is Josh. We met in High School and never expected to have a little boy so early on, but life is so much more fantastic with him around.
I love to bake anything, it is my own therapy. As well as baking, I like walking and doing city break weekend trips and singing.
Josh works full time in sales/yard work in Hereford. I am currently on maternity leave until April 2025, where I will be returning to my Customer Assistant job in Tesco. I am constantly looking at different career options which I will enjoy as well as working around family life.
We currently are living at my parents house (as house market is crazy!) but we are hoping to move out sometime next year.
My Requirements
We really want Leo to love outdoors as we love to go on nature walks and travel around a lot! Also, socialising is a very important thing as we want him to have that confidence before starting primary school.
Also, values and a kind nature is something so hope he can learn from watching others, so a good temperament is essential.
The main thing is that he has fun and explores, so he can find out more about himself. Whether that’s through getting messy and muddy or by reading and drawing.
We are going to do part time hours in a Nursery so he’s used to that sort of environment, providing he makes it off the waiting list; and part time with a childminder for that more focused learning and childcare.
Unfortunately, I do not know what hours I will be going back to as my department has been shut down, but I know I will have a variety of choice from daytime shifts to evening shifts. Obviously working 9-5 is very hard to work around children and all my family members work these hours, Josh working 7-5 too. I will be in touch sooner to the time I can no longer meet your schedule, so apologies for this.
