About Me
Mum of 2 children (4 and 20months). I work part time (flexible hours) and the kids dad Guy is a firefighter. Guy works a rotating shift pattern and I fit in my work around Guys rota and the kids
Guys shifts are 2 days on, 2 nights on, then 4 days off. Because of his shifts we require a nanny who can rotate working days each week. For example
Week 1, nanny required Monday and Tuesday day time working hours
Week 2, nanny required Tuesday and Wednesday day time working hours
Week 3 nanny required Wednesday and Thursday day time working hours
And so on and so forth. We know guys rota a whole year in advance so should be easy to plan ahead and I can be flexible if there are specific dates that can’t be covered
Looking for a nanny who takes ‘free childcare for working parents’ codes from government funding and also tax free childcare
I like to think my parenting style is firm but fair and I respond to all my child’s needs but not all of their wants. I want my children to be happy, fulfilled, allowed to explore as much as is safe and I try to be patient
