Hey my name is Trudy i’m an 18 year old college student looking for local babysitting jobs. I love cooking and cleaning I find it very therapeutic and I love caring for children as it is very rewarding watching them learn and grow. I’m expecting a child of my own in April 2025 so my maternal instincts are strong which means i would go to great lengths to ensure your childs safety and wellbeing. I would make sure we are playing boardgames with them, reading them books, building legos or playing a ball game outside because educational mental stimulation is vital for a child’s development. I would ensure we are staying away from screens and playing real games like sports or reading etc so the childs physical and mental health is optimal. i love reading, i’m creative and imaginative and would always prioritise your childs health and safety. thank you for reading!
My Experience
I have 1 full year of babysitting experience from when i was 15 with 2 primary school aged siblings, 1 boy and 1 girl. The boy had autism which I handled well and made sure he was always safe, happy and comfortable. I took them to the cinema and the park or just sat playing monopoly with them. i would love to start babysitting again especially being older and even more responsible now and my most recent experience being babysitting a 2 year old boy this year. keeping a fresh nappy, full tummy, safe exercise and ensuring naps don’t last more than a couple of hours is crutial for the babys health and safety. i have experience with toddlers and primary school children so my range is quite broad.

while im only 18 and dont have any official qualifications, i am very qualified to look after children. i will always make sure your child is well fed, happy and safe.
