I have 2 boys, Louie my eldest is 13 and Blake my youngest is 1 …

I returned back to work in September as a TA in a local Primary school in Penge, however since working full time and having the baby I have struggled with my work/home balance and as of January I will be reducing my days from 5 to 3 a week.

We are currently looking for a childminder for Blake from January 2025 for a Tuesday & Wednesday. As I work in a school we only require term time care.

Blake is an extremely loving little boy who has been being looked after by different members of my family and friendship group since I returned to work! Being with a childminder will be the first time he has been left with anyone who he doesn’t know so they have to be the right person for him & us.

He has been attending different playgroups since birth so he is used to a social setting & other children but he is a very attached little boy who does require a lot of attention. He suffered with reflux and colic from birth until he was about 6 months old and we do believe this has played a part in his attachment. However he is getting much better and most of his needs are around me leaving him, once I am out of sight he settles quickly.

He has no allergies we are aware of and eats well he does not however have a set sleep schedule except for bed time.
