My Experience
I have experience volunteering at an adoption home in South Africa for four months, where I helped care for 30 children aged 0–5 years. My responsibilities included feeding and holding the younger children, reading stories, and organising engaging activities and games for the older ones.
In addition, I have been a babysitter for several family members' and friends' infants and children.
My Qualifications
I am currently pursuing my DPhil in Neuroscience at the University of Oxford. I have two MSc degrees in Neuroscience (from the University of Oxford and the University of Cape Town), an Honours degree in Neuroscience, and a BSc majoring in Human Physiology and Psychology.
My Availability
I have quite a bit of flexibility over the weekends and can also help out for a few hours once or twice a week during a weekday. I have most availability on Mondays and Fridays and may also be able to help on other days in the week. The exact days and times may vary a bit from week to week depending on my schedule. We can discuss and arrange according to our schedules.
