About Me
We are a young family with two young girls who are 6 months and 2.5 years. I work from home full time. Our girls are very loving, tidy, calm and affectionate. They play nicely, disciplined, love educational activities and clever. Elder one speaks fluently, potty trained and eats independently. Baby is very easy going and smiley. They will be 3 and 1 years old in the summer.
My Requirements
We are looking for a nanny to work Mon-Fri, 9-5pm. We need a nanny to start in July. We require a nanny who is a confident driver with a clean driving record and her own car. Our nanny will be expected to take the children to playgrounds, classes, toddler groups locally within 10 mins drive. Nanny will need to be DBS checked and have first aid training. A successful candidate will need to provide references prior to starting her role. We need a compassionate, loving, patient nanny who uses gentle techniques when dealing with children. We will require our nanny to play with the children, engage them in age appropriate educational activities, engage in arts and crafts. She will need to be proactive, fun and energetic. Our nanny will need to be able to rock our youngest when putting her for a nap. We will need the nanny to prepare and feed our children light plant based meals. She will need to be aware of how to appropriately cut food dependant on age. We are a vegan household so will need the nanny to respect our values when engaging with the children on animal related topics. When outdoors our nanny will need to be vigilant to ensure the children are safe when using playground equipment. We need someone who is not allergic to cats as we have a playful cat. We require a non smoker. You will need to be confident in dealing with two children of young age. We require a nanny long term, so someone doing this in the interim whilst they find another career path would not be suitable. As I work from home, our nanny will need to be comfortable looking after children in the presence of a parent.
