About Me

I am a highly experienced and passionate early years practitioner with over 17 years of teaching experience, specializing in the education and care of children aged 0-5. I hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification, which has provided me with a deep understanding of child development, learning theories, and best practices in creating nurturing and inclusive environments for young learners.

My teaching journey began in Pakistan, where I developed strong skills in recognizing and valuing the unique interests, cultures, and learning styles of children. Now working in the UK, I am committed to fostering high-quality early years education. I design and deliver engaging, play-based activities that support children’s creativity, emergent literacy, mathematical development, and social-emotional growth. My focus is always on holistic development, ensuring each child feels valued and supported in their learning journey.

I lead a language-rich nursery environment called The Busy Bees, where communication, collaboration, and sensory exploration are at the heart of children’s experiences. I also work closely with parents and carers, encouraging their involvement in their children’s learning and development.

I am skilled in planning and documenting activities that are tailored to meet the individual needs of children, clearly demonstrating how each session supports their development. From collaborative art projects to outdoor exploration and emergent literacy sessions, I am dedicated to creating opportunities that inspire curiosity and confidence in every child.

As a reflective practitioner, I constantly seek ways to grow professionally by conducting research, analyzing best practices, and adapting my approach to meet the evolving needs of the children I support. My passion for early years education drives me to ensure that every child has a positive and meaningful start in life.
