My Summary

My Experience

Sole charge/full time nanny (January 2022 to Now) :

I take care of 2 brothers, 18 months and 4 years old.
I do their breakfast when I arrive in the morning, get them dressed and drop the eldest at Nursery.
Then I either go to the playground, children center, library, farm or museum with the little one.
We also attend music class and swimming class every week, I help him to enjoy and feel confident in the water.
When we pick-up the big brother from nursery we go to the park/playground, to get fresh air after a long day at nursery.
I also take him twice a week to ballet and gymnastic class.
I started to teach French to him when he was 2 years old , he now understands everything and can talk if he wants to.
I speak French to the little one from his first day, he also understands everything, his first words were in English and French.
My duties include preparing healthy meals and snacks, keeping the children’s bedrooms neat and tidy and doing their laundry.


Sole charge/full time nanny (Jan 2021 – Dec 2021) :

I look after a 3 month old baby boy.
I stimulate his senses through sensory activities such as music, songs, sensory cards, walks in the park, etc.
We go once a week to swimmimg and music class and organise playdates with same age babies.
I speak French to him from day one, he understands everything.
At 6 months old I introduce him to solid food by the baby led weaning method.
I travelled with the family for a business trip for a month, I quickly adapt myself to the new and temporary place to set up the best environment for the baby.
My duties include preparing, cleaning and sterilizing the bottles, iniating the sleep routine.
Cooking healthy meals and snacks.


Full time mother’s help (Oct 2020 – Dec 2020) :

I help the mum with her 3 weeks old baby boy.
I take care of the baby’s naps, I introduce him to his first bottles, give the first baths, massage him.
I stimulate him by talking, singing nursery rhymes, introducing him to sensory toys and going on walks in baby sling carrier.
I clean and sterilize the bottles and take care of the laundry.
My role is mostly to help the mother to have time for herself, rest and make her life easier after a difficult delivery.


Sole charge/full time nanny (Jan 2019 – Oct 2020) :

I take care of 2 baby boys twins, aged of 10 months old.
When I arrive in the morning the boys already had their first bottle and are dressed up.
We then go for a walk in the park or the playground, we also go every week to gymboree and music class.
We like to go to the library, children center or playgroup to help the children to socialise and experience different environments .
I prepare healthy meals and snacks during their naptime and take care of their laundry.
I also teach them French from day one, it is very important for the mother who’s from Belgium and the father from England, as the main language at home is English.


Temporary nanny positions (Aug 2018 – Dec 2018) :

I work from a few days to a few weeks for different families living in/or coming to London for holidays or work.
I work for families coming from all over the world, I have to adapt myself to new people, children and environment.
The most unusual experience I had was taking care of the bodyguard’s little boy of the Queen of Abu Dhabi. I had to be very flexible and adapt myself as we were travelling from London to Switzerland with very short notice and for indefinite time.
All these experiences were very rewarding to me.


Sole charge/full time live-in nanny (Sep 2016 – July 2017) :

I take care of 3 siblings of 9 months, 4 and 6 years old.
I prepare the children in the morning after they had breakfast with their parents.
The oldest get dressed by themself while I take care of the little one, then we go to school for the drop off.
After that we either go to the park with the little one, the library or we play home, organise playdates with same age babies.
I cook healthy meals and snacks and take care of the laundry while the little one is napping.
At the end of the day we pick up the children from school and either go to the playground or a class (judo and theatre). We also like to relax and play at home after a long day at school, before having diner and bath.


Sole charge/full time nanny-share (Jan 2015 – Aug 2016) :

I look after 4 children from 2 families, aged from 6 months to 7 years old.
The parents drop the oldest at school in the morning and I spend the day with the 2 little ones.
We go to the park, the playground or play at home with sensory toys, play music or read books.
I prepare healthy meals and snacks while the babies are napping.
In the afternoon we go to school to pick up the 2 oldest and we all go home for homework, playtime, diner and bath.


Sole charge/full time nanny-share (Feb 2010 – July 2012) :

My first job as a nanny is to take care of twins of 7 months and a 4 years old little girl.
I would start the day with the baby twins and pick up the little girl from school in the afternoon.
I go on walks with the babies, to the park and playground, we play home with adapted sensory activities.
On school holidays I take care of the three of them full time and organise outdoor and indoor activities.
A very sweet relationship grew up between the children.
