My Requirements

We are currently looking for a nanny-housekeeper to help run our busy household in Hampton, and help look after our three year old girl and newborn baby due in April.

We are looking for a total of 24 hours help per week, with the opportunity for ad hoc hours on the weekend and evenings.
Our ideal candidate would be available on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 8am to 4pm, and free to start from mid April.

Our little girl is in pre school three, ‘full days’ a week, and we do not intend to increase this when the baby is here.

My hope is to find someone that is willing to work alongside me. I very much want to be the primary carer for both children, but am looking for an extra pair of hands who is willing to get stuck in. Previous experience with children essential, and we are looking for someone who really enjoys being around kids. Experience with looking after a newborn / baby also desirable - there may be times where I’d like to leave the baby in your care especially to do a school run, or when taking my daughter to a swimming class.

Good healthy food is central to our family, so hoping to find someone who enjoys cooking and is able to both meal plan and carry out food shops as and when needed.
We have a cleaner once weekly, but we would need help keeping on top of the day to day (e.g. cleaning up after breakfast/lunch etc, putting laundry away etc).
We also have a small dog and we’d love the person who joined our family to love him as much as we do.

Finally, if the candidate can drive that would be an added bonus. Not expected to use their own car, but could get insured on our car to help with school runs if needed.
