About Me
Family seeking support in the afternoons and some evenings with three children. Children's ages are 15, 13 and 2.
Mum and Dad are in the house but Mum has a physical disability so extra support is required.
My Requirements
Children pick up from one school from 4pm onwards and then care and supervision provided to 2 year old some afternoons.
On some occasions the children complete after school clubs (latest finish 7pm.)
