About Me
I am a younger nanny, looking to help families when needed, with indoor/outdoor day activities, school drop offs and pickups, park trips, whatever it may be. I have a background in dance and creative subjects like food tech, thoroughly enjoy baking, trying new things, simple/healthy cooking suitable for the child, for their needs. I had short experience at a nursery with younger children which I definitely enjoyed and would possibly re explore, so I would say my preferred age range to work with is younger children.
My Experience
I have worked as a nanny with older children one child with SEN, and thoroughly enjoyed the ‘job’, coming up with games, using the imagination, encouraging reading time, homework tasks, baking, singing and dancing. It comforts me knowing the child/children feel safe and comfortable enough in my presence that they can ask for assistance, preferences and communicate.
My Qualifications
I passed my health and social care certificate in college with a distinction star, have not gained any qualifications outside of an educational scene, other than a few online courses when I joined a recruitment company for TA positions in schools, for example health and safety
