I am a mum of four grown up children, three boys and one girl. I have a creative background and am passionate about storytelling, role play, small play, music, arts and crafts. I enjoy singing, painting, yoga and nature.
I am looking for part time childcare work in the Southampton area. I have a full driving license and my own car.
My Experience
I am a mum of four grown up children, three boys and one girl. I qualified with a level 3 childcare certificate CYPWF in 2014. My work in childcare began in 2012 at a preschool and then at a primary school for 10 years, working with children aged 4 to 11 years as a teaching assistant, 1:1 support for children with additional needs, and as an unqualified teacher. Although I don’t have work experience with babies, I have raised four of my own. I also spent two years working for the police and have an excellent understanding of safeguarding.
First aid trained in school setting September 2024.
My Qualifications
CACHE Level 3 Diploma for The Children and Young People’s Work Force.
Numerous training courses whilst in early years and primary school setting including safeguarding and first aid.
GCSE’s A - C in art, music, textiles, keyboarding applications, maths and English.
Diploma in General Art and Design at Southampton Institute of Higher Education.
Guildford School of Acting - Diploma in 3 year Acting Course.
