About Me
My name is Autumn and I have lived in Morecambe my whole life. I have been a mum since I was 16, I am now 26 with 2 amazing children. I am easygoing and love day to day life with my children. I am always willing to help out with my family and friends if they need childcare, and I would love to expand that and hope others could rely on me too. I am fun and playful, I enjoy making people laugh and work really hard to deliver the best care and exceed all expectations. I am neurodivergent, diagnosed ADHD which I feel gives me an enthusiastic and energetic personality which children seem to love!
My Experience
I have worked in health care for almost 6 years. I worked as a healthcare assistant on a challenging neurosurgery ward, I regularly dealt with challenging behaviour and high pressures. I left that job to start my nursing career but shortly after I fell pregnant with my daughter. Currently I work as a homecare assistant, I also volunteer as a community first responder for the ambulance service where I can be dispatched to 999 calls when I go on call. I have basic life support training.
My Qualifications
My only suitable qualification would be my health and social care which I did in sixth form however as you can see I have a wide range of caring experience. I have a valid DBS which comes with my volunteer work so I am on the update service.
