About Me
I am a Secondary School teacher and my partner is a builder by trade and has his own company. We have two lovely children Freddie (8 years old) and Tilly (5 years old). As a family we love the outdoors, sports and the beach. We are a hard working family and strive to provide a happy and healthy life for our children. We have strong family values and Freddie and Tilly are very close. They are great fun, Tilly loves arts and crafts and Freddie loves building things, especially out of Lego. We live in a nice house with a lovely garden to play in. They are both well behaved, with good manners and are good company. They have lots of energy and enjoy playing games.
My Requirements
I am looking for somebody who is kind, empathetic and enjoys working with young people. I need before and after school childcare Monday to Friday during term time starting from September 2025. I will be moving my job to a local school and would need to leave by 7.45am and I will return by 5.30pm. They will need dropping off at a local school for 8.25am and then picking up afterwards (either 3pm or 4.15pm if at all club) and given their tea. I encourage play afterschool and leave screens until after dinner.
There is room for add on earnings with cleaning responsibilities and/or some days in the holidays, but this is not essential. The priority is term time. I currently have a childminder Tuesday-Thursday and so I can be flexible with days if someone is not looking for a 5 day week.
