About Me
I am a 29 year old based in Kingsbridge with my lovely partner, who owns his own construction business in Kingsbridge. Up until now I have worked in hospitality/events and remote corporate roles. I have recently decided to make a career change, and now have some free time for the remainder of this year, which I would love to spend nannying.
I am not yet a mother but I am the eldest of 8 cousins, there was a big age gap between us and I spent many of my younger years helping look after them. This gave me natural instincts with children from a young age, which has continued throughout my life. I love being around children, and feel very confident with children of all ages. I am typically the go-to for babysitting amongst friends and family!
My Experience
Most recently I have become a very proud Auntie to a now 18-month old, I have baby sat her numerous times doing both daytime nannying as well as her full bed/bath bedtime routine. I also have experience with children from 2 - 15 from looking after my cousins. I would be more than happy to provide references from my family and friends who I have babysat for, as well as do multiple meet and greets, to ensure a good fit!
My Qualifications
I have a full-clean driving license so I can do school drop off, pick up and help with after school clubs etc. I am DBS checked having volunteered at Saltstone Care for a number of years (a charity where you befriend lonely elderly people in the local area) but I do not have official babysitting qualifications.
My Availability
I am pretty flexible, ideally looking for part-time up to 20 hours/week across 3-4 days. I have a little dog who can't be on her own all day, so it would need to be either morning or afternoon each day. Ah-hoc evening babysitting also available if mum or dad want to go out!
