My Requirements

I am looking for an ofsted registered nanny for my elder daughter (nearly 4 and half years). She has epilepsy which is diet controlled, special needs, and is non verbal. Our challenge while working from home is to keep her engaged in activities since we need to work as well. She needs a one-on-one attention and guidance for play and struggles to self engage. Activities would include staking blocks, matching cards, shape sorters, inset puzzels, motivation for scribbling, etc. She is not yet potty trained, but does understand the use of toilet, just not able to communicate the need.

My younger daughter goes to full time nursery for now, but in future we will need her to be with nanny as well after school (hoping from September this year). She is a neurotypical child, needing lesser intervention, but surely some attention as a kid :)

The requirement for now is after school (4pm or 4.30 pm depending on what best suits nanny schedule as well), for 2 hours on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. We may need some additional hours around holidays and term offs/half-term offs.
