Both work 12 h so far we did manage to sort child care for our son but recently I got opportunity to change job for local and it may overlapping with my husband shift I would need child minder for at least 12h it could be from one day to few days a week plus even nights my boy is gonna be 2 in may he’s sweet little boy bit shy in the beginning
