About Me
My partner and I live with our son who is 21 months and we are due a little girl the end of August. I also have a 7 year old son who I share care with, with his father. My partner works a lot so it’s usually just me and the children. We also have two dogs who sleep a lot. The boys love outdoors, drawing, painting, singing and dancing and reading. My 7 year old likes screen time and computer games more than I’d like so when he’s here we try to find activities to keep away from them.
My Requirements
I’m looking for someone who can predominantly look after my 21 month old, take him for walks, play with him etc, teach him things and keep him away from screens as I feel that there are sometimes too much screen time going on in the house. Maybe now and again take him to a play group/toddler group or pick him up from nursery and spend sometime with him. That way I can get on with other task such as house work etc or even just have a shower without having to rush or worry. Then when the baby comes he can still get some one to one attention while I look after smallest member of our family and maybe at some point they can look after baby a little so I can spend time with my other children so they don’t feel left out. Someone who is happy to help a little with basic house work would also be nice, ie make lunch or dinner for children and clean up after would be helpful if possible now and again.
I’m looking for part time and someone who is reliable and comes to me/our home, rather than my children going to someone else’s home. Someone who is kind and has patience and friendly.
