Worst Daycare!

Worst daycare! She gets her 23 year old son to do all the work for her whilst she sits on her phone all day and I witnessed this during my first visit. She makes lots of promises and sells you dreams at the beginning and does not keep them. She doesn’t have an app or a diary to update or record your child’s progress as she says it’s expensive and too much work and tells you she would update you on what’s app but when asked she tells you that she feels under pressure and starts creating problems so she doesn’t have to do the extra work. She doesn’t do lunches so you have to bring your own and the kids come home with their lunch boxes half full. She lies about taking the kids out every day and posting pictures on Facebook but that happens once a week, if that. I’ve never dealt with such an unprofessional childminder. My son was only there for a week, he did not have a settling session and she never asked questions about him and because I was asking for updates on how he was doing every time she had him, she let us go after a week. She is lazy and very defensive when given advice on your own child! What a waste of time. I have now found an amazing childminder and definitely would not recommend her
