First Class!

I have a littlen who is on the autism spectrum so naturally I was very cautious with who I chose but I am over the moon with every aspect of T's Tots!
Theresa and family are amazing and the progression my child has made has been incredible. Theresa has taken time out of her own personal schedule to look into ways of providing care suited to my child and I honestly cannot thank her enough!
100% would recommend any day, so sad when the time comes for the next stage and we have to say goodbye!

Highly recommend

Theresa provided amazing childcare for my son when I returned to work after Mat leave, so friendly, supportive and caring. My son at the time was dairy intolerant and it was no problem at all, I went to work knowing my son was in amazing hands, my childminder turned into my friend! I couldn’t recommend enough! My son was very happy there for 2.5 years, such a lovely environment and he learned so much, felt like an extended family which is incredible.

Friendly and professional childcare

My eldest has been attending T's Tots for over 2 years and my youngest has just started.  I chose T's because of the friendly and professional set up, they have a very safe, dedicated space for the children both indoors and outdoors.  Theresa and Jade have a great personal approach and really care about the kids.  Our eldest has learnt lots and made friends, and I'm sure our youngest will love it there too.

Highly recommended

We are really pleased with the care offered by Theresa to our daughter (3) and son (18 months). Both my daughter and son started with her when they were about 1 years old. My daughter is not an easy toddler and Theresa has been very supportive. She spend a lot of time talking to me and her. We are working together to help her to feel calmer and behave better at home. She cares about every little one under her care and the kids love her. In the morning they are excited to go to Theresa and no teras at the door. I would not hesitate to recommend Theresa to anyone looking for a childminder for their child.

Excellent and caring childminder.

Our son has been attending Ts Tots since he started reception, he is now in year 6. From the start he has been made to feel like one of the family and loves his time with Theresa and Jade. As parents we have every faith in Theresa, knowing that our son will be safe, cared for and well looked after, as well as having lots of fun in a happy family environment. During the current situation regarding the Covid-19 pandemic Theresa has really gone the extra mile to ensure her setting is clean, safe and Covid secure, and kept parents fully up to date with all the steps she is taking in that regard.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend T’sTots, we are all going to miss Theresa when our son moves up to secondary school.

T's Tots

We have been really pleased with the care and attention given to our daughter by Theresa and T's Tots. We get regular updates and even picture messages to show she was settling into the new environment, which certainly put my mind at ease. Theresa is very professional and always has time to discuss how your child has been whist in her care and she is also happy to offer advice from her own experience. All in all a great childcare setting and service.

T's Tots

We have been really pleased with the care offered by Theresa for our son. She is professional and provides a fabulous, fun and caring environment for the children in her care. She provides a structured and busy environment which is perfect for our 22 month old son. He loves her cooking and always has fun!! I was worried about using a childminder for my youngest, as my eldest attended a nursery, but I needn't have been! Theresa made the process simple and reassured myself and my son enabling him to settle quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Theresa to anyone looking for a childminder for their child.

T's Tots

We have been so pleased with Theresa and t's tots. From the first enquiry Theresa has made us feel comfortable and reassured that our son is in safe hands. He has settled well and really looks forward to his time with her.

She has been very understanding and supportive in dealing with his initial reluctance to go to a childminder. Her approach enabled us to feel happy that he would be ok if we left when he was upset and followed up by sending photos via text to us to show that he was happy and settled a little while after we left. While this may not seem like a big thing for a parent leaving their child with someone for the first time it made a massive difference!
