About Me
I am a friendly and warm hearted mother of 2 who works in a Chinese school named Hua Hsia, teaching in Edgware and Mill Hill area on Chinese Mandarin and Abacus classes. I am also a freelanced tutor to local families and students using advanced IT software on teaching Chinese the modern way!
I am a native Chinese Mandarin speaker, well educated and had worked in IT and education fields, now I am settled into Mandarin teaching. This is for the better balance of my family life as well as following my passion of teaching and working with people. It suits me well and I love to teach my students. I teach small groups from nursery level up to GCSE exam and beyond into adult intermidiate level.
I am a proud mother of 2, a QE boy and a HBS girl.. I am passionate about their education. I am taking care of my parenting styles, and were invited to give speeches in Chinese radio station. So I think my loving and successful experience can be useful for your children's learning too. (I am NOT a Chinese tiger mum!)

My Experience
I have wide range of experience in IT and Language teaching.
I try to make teaching lively. I strive to have a good bonding with my students. My students are very inquisitive, engaging, and wonderful people to teach to. Teaching fits my personality. For me, Chinese has to be the most intriguing language in the world. I hope I can deliver deeper insights based on those wonderful years of life experience.
My Qualifications
BSc in Engineering and Business, from China, Xian Jiaotong University.
MPhil in Business studies from Heriett Watt University, Edinburgh
I am a native Chinese speaker, and I love to teach Chinese Mandarin language and Chinese culture. It is my passion and interest! I am a dedicated teacher in both Chinese language teaching. I am also good at maths, so can teach children do their 11+ exam preparation.
