I started using Tracy for my first child when I had to go back to work full time. She made the transition of going back to work so easy, she kept me informed of everything from moods to what had been eaten and where they'd been that day. When my second child came along I knew I wanted them both to be with Tracy.

It is clear to see that Tracy enjoys what she does, I wanted someone who would cuddle my child/ren if they fell or were upset and that's what you get with Tracy. I would go as far as saying she is the best childminder my kids have ever been with and were upset when she decided to go back to nannying.
