When I initially started this position I looked after and cared for both children full-time.

Mothers Help/Personal Assistant

This role involved me helping with the care of a set of twins as well as managing a household.
Duties included Planning and booking holidays, managing household accounts, organising family needs and running personal errands. Filing, emailing and book keeping as well as organising household repairs and meal plans.
Feeding, bathing and dressing the children. Accompanying Mum with the twins to toddler groups, holidays and other outings.
I left the position when the family moved to London.

August 2011 - September 2013

This was a sole charge role looking after a 1 year old girl. I introduced numbers, alphabets along with arts, crafts and nursery rhymes to her. I took her toddler/playgroup 4 times a week and planed many outings to the park as well as organizing days out. I prepared her dinner, did her weekly grocery shopping and tended to all her laundry and ironing.
I left this position when the little girl started nursery and my contract expired.

November 2008 – July 2011

This was again a sole charge position looking after a 1 year old boy. I mainly worked nights and weekends as the parents worked on calls. My duties included bed/bath time duties, reading bed time stories, bottle feeding when the baby woke in the night and settling him back to sleep.
I worked 40 hours+ a week and left approx 12months later as my services were no longer required.

September 2005 – October 2008

This was again a sole charge position looking after 2 children. Girl aged 8 and boy aged 18months. My duties included attending toddler/play groups and reading clubs with the younger sibling and school pick up/drop offs for the older sibling along with after school activities. I also did plenty of cooking and baking with her in the school holidays. I prepared all their meals, did their shopping and tended to their washing and ironing.
I worked 50 hours+ a week. I left this job as boy was to start nursery and hours decreased significantly.

December 2001 – September 2005

I started my career caring for a 2 year old boy and a newborn girl. Duties included arranging play dates and activities for both the children, teaching them numbers/alphabets/shapes/arts and crafts, taking trips to the park and helping the children with any homework as they grew older. I Prepared meals and tended to the children's washing and ironing.
I worked 5 days a week full time till the children started pre school thereafter my role became part time for 3 years. I left this role when my services were no longer required due to my employer leaving work.

My Qualifications

I have lots of professional experience but no qualifications.
I am also a mum to 2 children 20years and 3 years so that gives me lots of personal experience too. I have a first aid certificate, I take refresher classes every 2 years. Please note I am not ofsted registered so cannot be paid in childcare vouchers.

• Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
