Terrible...! I was so overjoyed to hear from goal that she had a Monday to Thursday place available which I could be put on her waiting list. I scheduled to meet her twice and she cancelled on extremely short notice, the first time telling me her daughter had toothache and the second telling me she now only had 2 days available. This is after weeks of communication, sorting funding and informing my daughters nursery.
Despite telling me I had a place. For Nov 1st she offered these hours instead to a parent already on her books. Although that's her perogative, there was absolutely zero communication and no reply to texts sent.
Absolutely not someone I would feel comfortable leaving my daughter with considering the severe lack of communication and information.

Nicola, I’m sorry to hear you left a negative review when we have not even yet met. I would like to confirm that I did not offer you a space - I only told you what availability I had at present. With regards to funding, i explained to you how a transfer request would work; at your request and explained that it would have to go to a meeting at the council who would decide if it is approved. Nothing had been put in place as a space is not confirmed until a visit has taken place, and both parties are happy to proceed and it has been agreed by the council that a transfer of funding can take place: and the the transfer forms signed by both providers. I did say i had spaces available and we arranged for you to come visit so we could meet each other. Unfortunatly i could not predict my daughter would wake that morning with a broken tooth that needed attention from a dentist. I did contact you first thing to let you know; I appologise if this upset you.
As for the space, as explained to you a current parent required it and as per my policies current parents take priority for spaces. Thanks for your enquiry
