I am a bubbly, loving and patient 33 year old. Before having my daughter I worked as a Healthcare Assistant at Darlington Memorial Hospital, including Paediatrics and the Special Care Baby Unit.
I have 16 years experience in looking after children of all ages; ranging from newborn to teens. I also have a daughter myself.
I have been a member on this site for 13 years and have met some lovely families along the way.
My Experience
I have worked as a volunteer in a Montessori nursery looking after children ranging from 2 months to 4 years old. My tasks there included creating activities to be carried out with the children, helping to feed and generally being there to care and look after the children in a fun and stimulating environment.
I have also been an au pair in France looking after 2 children and have also been an au pair for a baby girl who was 6 weeks old and looked after her until she started nursery at 9 months old.
My Qualifications
7 GCSE's, grades A*-C
3 A Levels - English Language, Religious Studies and Psychology.
Access to Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Higher Level Diploma in Health & Social Care (Level 5).
Safeguarding Children Certification
My Availability
I’m available Mon-Fri weekdays between 9-3pm.
I’m also available at weekends, either daytime or evening or both.
