About Me
Hi my name is Sam, i am an OFSTED
registered childminder in the Southend-On-Sea area.
I live in a 3 bed terraced house with a 100ft rear secure garden. I am married and have 3 children of my own aged 27,18 and 22,and as of 2022,nan to a beautiful granddaughter. We also have 1 cat called Peppa Who is very much part of our family and love all the children i care for.And we have a French bulldog called Lexi who's 4 years old.
I work alongside with yvonne, she is a registered assistant and holds a full current DBS, first aid training and safeguarding training. Working with family friends creates a more home from home environment, which is always my main priority.
we provide 3&4 year funding, aswell as before and after school care from Hamstel School.And from 19th April 2022,Bournemouth park schools.

My Experience
I have worked with children for over 20 years. I have a level 3 in childcare and development and also a Level 4 in childcare and development, As well as being a parent to two boys aged 26 and 21 and a daughter age 16.
I have been ofsted registered since march 2012, and hold a current paediatricfirst aid certificate.
Im also fully insured by the pacey as well as a member. I have also taken on lots of courses over the years to increase my knowledge and improve my practise as much as i can.
We,bothhold a DBS police check, current first aid training and safeguarding trainging.yvonne has a Level 2 in childcare and development and Level 3 in childcare and development.
My Qualifications
I have NVQ levels 3&4 have also completed online childminder course and first aid.

My Fees
- Childminding from £6.00 per hour
The fees for 0 to 5 year old is £50 per day ,this includes nappies,all meals ,trips etc.
Childminder holidays NO FEE
Childminder sick NO FEE
Parent holiday FULL FEE
Child holiday/sick full fee
£13 Before school care. This includes breakfast.
£13 After school care. This includes pick up from school and cooked evening meal.
Or £23 for am and pm
After school care is 3pm to 5pm =15.00
if your child is collected after this time the fee goes up to £18 for after school care.
Hourly rate is 6.00 per hour.
We are open 7am to 6pm.Mon to friday.
Late charges will apply if any child is picked up later than 6pm .
We are also available? for 30 hour funding.Times 8.45-2.45 Mon -fri
