About Me
Hi, I am a fun loving friendly, Qualified,Ofsted registered Childminder who offers a home from home environment which although primarily is child led also allows us to follow the EYFS Curriculum enabling the children to prepare for their next exciting chapter in their life.
I offer a large selection of toys & resources where the children have free range to a large spacious living room/conservatory & enclosed garden.
I use an array of Educational & fun loving activities, outings, topics children's interests, story sacks, games & music to help the children achieve their Early Learning Goals.
I am a member of the National Trust plus visit other places of interest as well as Toddler groups, parks & the local garden centre so we are often out & about in the fresh air which the children love.
I believe children should allow to enjoy being children for as long as possible & therefore aim to make their childhood fun & full of happy memories. I am a flexible & accomodating childminder & work closely with parents to ensure the early development, safety & happiness of their children in whilst my care is paramount.
I live with my husband, John & 2 of our 3 children, 4 dogs & 4 cats close to public amenities.
At times I work with an assistant.
My Experience
I have been a qualified registered Childminder for over 30 years; prior to which I was a private qualified Nanny for 10 years. I have also been a qualified Swimming Instructor with Pool Bronze Life Saving qualification; working in a variety of Pre Schools & Creches.
I have experience of caring for children with additional needs; especially ASD, Non Verbal ASD, Speech & Language delays, Gross Motor delays, Dispraxia & severe food allergies.

My Availability
At present I have no spaces but operate a waiting list policy.
I offer term time only childcare Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, full or part time.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.50 per hour
My fees are a flat rate per hour & do not include meals etc. Parents are asked for a £5 donation per week to cover expenses for outings etc.which will be carried over to the following week if not used. I take the 9 month, 2/3/4 year old funding as well as various other work vouchers.
My Local Schools
This childminder has not yet informed us whether or not they provide any drop off or pick up services at local schools.
