About Me
Hello my name is Kirstin,
I am 22 years old and currently work as a room leader within a local nursery. I have a BA(hons) in Early Childhood Education Studies.
I have lots of experience working with children from ages birth to seven. I would say my strength is working with birth to five as this is the age group my degree has focused on.
My friends and family would describe me as caring, loyal, responsible, sensitive and outgoing. I have always enjoyed working within child care, it has always been a natural strength that I have been blessed with.
I enjoy exercising and being outdoors. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family. In addition to this I enjoy taking part in charity work, my most recent project was going to work in Zambia for three weeks in an orphanage there.
I am looking for a friendly, caring and open family who are looking for someone to become an extension to their family, to help look after their children. I look forward to being able to spend quality time with the children and carrying out fun and exciting activities which can unfortunately be taken over by paperwork within a nursery which is why I am looking for a change.
My Experience
I have had a variety of childcare experience. I have had various consistent babysitting positions since the age of 14. I have had a lot of sole charge experience where I have looked after children 24/7 hours whilst parents are away on holidays. I have worked in a variety early years settings including creche, private day nurseries and reception class.

My Qualifications
BA(hons) Early Childhood Education Studies.
3 A levels in Psychology, Sociology and Theatre Studies.
10 GCSE's at A-C grades including English, Maths and Science.
My Availability
For the right job I will be available once my 1 month notice period is completed.
