My name is Emma and i'm based in South Yardley Birmingham on the boarder of Solihull West Midlands
Our home from home nursery setting is perfect for families looking for a personal childcare care experience with a small ratio of children
This will enable for myself the parents and children to build excellent relationships
We have a child friendly back garden with astro turf so children can go outside in all weather, we are based at the end of a very quite cul de sac so there are no busy roads or noises to disturb our fun, With lots of space to play inside including a dedicated play room
We have been featured in the local news paper for our excellent setting and are proud of our achievements
We will help grow and teach children through learning based on the EYFS system and I have first hand experience with children with sen needs such as adhd and autism
I am registered through an Ofsted approved childminder agency. All there childminders go through rigorous training & receive regular inspections once a year, they received Ofsted's highest grading
I have 4 children of my own all of school and work ages who just love to be around other children and will also help bring new skills and learning to the table through a Childs eyes
We have so much planned for our Little Wildflowers I have an arts and crafts design background so I will be spending plenty of time helping build there creativity
We have open parkland just on our doorstep so we will be spending lots of time on outdoor adventures and activities
Healthy snacks and lunch is provided within our family setting
My Experience
I am a mother of 4 children and have been looking after children for over 19 years
I have completed my childminding EYFS course and have first hand experience in dealing with children with sen and extra needs which I have found to be invaluable in helping nurture the needs of all children and create an inclusive setting for all
I am trained to use an epipen for children who may suffer with food allergies and have completed courses to help children with there dietary needs
My passion is working with children and look forward to building a home nursery for the local community

Emma and Sophie are the best my little boy has settled so well and absolutely loves them and the environment its friendly homely and perfect for him ❤️ perfect for little ones who can't settle in a nursery setting too honestly takes the stress away I get regular updates from Emma and Sophie and his always busy doing things he loves there Emma and Sophie put so much effort into making sure the kids are at home and do so much with them thankyou

I cannot speak highly enough of Emma. My daughter started with her when she was 9 months old, and since then she has learnt to crawl, walk and has started to talk. From the moment we met Emma, her warm and welcoming demeanor put us at ease. She has created a nurturing and stimulating environment that feels like a second home to our daughter. Emma takes time to understand each and every child's unique needs and personality and tailors activities to suit all. Our daughter thrived under Emma's care, thanks to the engaging and educational activities they provide. From arts and crafts to outdoor play and educational games, there's always something fun and enriching happening. We receive photos and updates every day when our daughter is in Emma's care which we really appreciate and gives us a little pick-me-up throughout our working days. The environment is always impeccably clean and safe.
We will continue to use Emma for our daughter and any other children we have in the future!

Would highly recommend emma and Sophie at little wildflowers. My little boy has been going since April and he absolutely loved it! I love that they provide day updates on how my little one is doing and what he's been up to throughout the day. The service feels so personal and they really get to know and care for each child. The activities they do each day are great and they also do little trip out to parks ect.
We now have to move on due to change in circumstances for us but we will miss Emma, Sophie and the kids a LOT and are absolutely gutted we are leaving. Without a shadow of a doubt we would pick little wildflowers over and over again! Thank you so much for taking such good care of our little boy and for taken such good care of us!

My little boy has been attending childcare with Emma for a few months now, and he has really settled in well! It took a good few months for us to find a childminder we felt comfortable with, and I can safely say we made the right decision choosing Emma. Everyday is full of fun filled activities and trips out to the park as well as different playgroups and my little boy loves it! Emma is patient, caring and very attentive to the children's needs. I love the fact Emma updates me daily on how my little boy is doing and it's really nice to recieve photos of the activities he's doing. The nursery room is very modern and clean and welcoming! I would highly recommend Emma to anyone looking for a childminder.

Emma has been great with my daughter, she settled into the setting very quickly and she loves going there, sometimes she doesn't want to leave at pickup time! Emma is lovely and welcoming and always sends updates and photos throughout the day of the different activities/places they visit. I would highly recommend Emma.
