My Experience
I bring a wealth of experience in supporting children’s learning and development across a variety of roles. Over the years, I have worked as a Childminder, SEND Teaching Assistant, Class Teaching Assistant, Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), and Qualified Teacher. Each of these roles has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of how to support children with diverse needs and abilities.
I have experience working with children on an individual basis, in small groups, and with whole classes. My approach is always child-centered, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported in reaching their full potential. Whether working one-to-one with children requiring additional support or leading engaging lessons for a whole class, I strive to create an inclusive, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
In particular, my experience as a SEND TA has equipped me with the skills to adapt my teaching to meet a wide range of needs, while my time as a HLTA and Qualified Teacher has honed my ability to plan and deliver lessons that inspire confidence and curiosity.
I am passionate about helping every child succeed, no matter their starting point, and I look forward to making a positive difference in your child’s learning journey.
