About Me
My name is Wendy and i live in southwestdenton , just off the a69 ,I'm a mother of 2 children my son is 18 and is in the RAF and my daughter is 13 , I'm honest , reliable , friendly and very approachable and flexible. We have a very friendly welcoming home .
My Experience
I have worked in a local school as a nursery nurse for 17 years ,
I have always loved working and spending time with children so have decided to take a break from the classroom to look after children in my own home . I feel it is really important for children to get as many experiences throughout there early years to help them to grow mature and thrive , my aim is to help them to do so , currently I take the children I care for to local toddler groups so they can socialise with other children and adults, library totts , parks, swimming , softplay , and lots of other fun activities when we are home , to list just a few .
I have recently had my ofsted inspection , it went really well and i was graded good.
My Qualifications
Btec diploma in nursery nursing
Childminding certificate
Recent crb in place
Paediatric first aid
I have experience of working with children who have various needs from when I worked in a school.
My Availability
I'm available for work mon to fri 7-6 but I’m happy to be flexible if need be.
I'm able to provide overnight care.
I'm very flexible with hours , as I know what it is like working full time and being a parent as I did it my self for 16 years .I aim to work with you to make going to work or study a pleasant experience for you and your children.
I do drop and pick ups from St. John vianneys primary school and west Denton first school .

my little girl has been going to Wendy's for a few months and she loves it and wendy is very good with her my little girl has settled in wrong away thanks to wendy for being so good with her I would defo recommend her defo 5 stars
