I hold an SVQ 3 in Social Services (Children and Young People), alongside several specialized certifications, including First Aid, REHIS Elementary Food Hygiene, Infection Prevention and Control, and Child Protection. I also have completed the SSSC Open Badges and courses focusing on Child Development (0-3 years), ensuring I am always up-to-date on the latest best practices in childcare.
Currently, I am furthering my knowledge by studying for a GA BA in Early Learning and Childcare, reflecting my ongoing commitment to providing high-quality care and staying current with research and trends in early childhood education.
My approach to childcare is centered around the individual needs of each child, using play-based learning and positive reinforcement to encourage both emotional and intellectual development. I believe in creating a structured yet flexible environment where children can thrive, learn through exploration, and develop essential social and life skills.
