At Helping Hands Childminding my aim is to provide a safe caring environment for your child to develop and learn. Following the EYFS my days are structured and fun filled to keep children engaged.
I attend local toddler and childminder groups and enjoy lots trips to the local parks, softplay, library, woods and beaches.
I have a safe secure garden with play equipment and a huge range of toys and books and craft activities.
I regularly meet up with other childminders so children are well socialised.
I offer a friendly home from home childcare service
My Experience
I have been childminding for 10 years and have experience of newborn babies through to teenagers.
My Qualifications
Currently studying child psychology
Paediatric First Aid,
CRB check
Home based Childcare Level 3 unit CYPOP5
NSPCC Child Protection Awareness
Ongoing training regularly undertaken
My Availability
Monday to Friday
7am - 5.30pm, throughout the year
From 0-12 year old
2/3/4 yr old funding accepted
I can provide care on a full or part time basis and am available for school pick ups/drop off from Burnside Primary

When looking for a childminder for my, at the time, 9 month year old son I didn't know where to start. I went to meet 6 different child minders over a period of 2 months. They all had various techniques and spaces for the children to play in.
When I walked into Sarah's house it was a done deal! Sarah welcomed us both in with a warm smile. The environment was perfect! I knew my son would enjoy his time here and I know i would feel comfortable leaving him at Sarah's house on a daily basis.
Sarah sends regular message updates when they are out and about or doing some fun activities with plenty of photos so i can feel at ease when I'm at work.
Sarah and I use a little diary to keep record of what my son has done during the day, or if there is anything I need to let her know about which a perfect way for us to communicate, when its not always me doing the drop off and pick ups.
5 Star child minder. So happy she had space for my son.
